Costa Vista #2 is truly a bit of Paradise! We are part of a gated community of 7 townhomes with a beautiful pool on top of the hill overlooking the Caribbean Sea. With a rooftop deck and 180 degree views of the Caribbean sea which is only a 5 minute walk away, Costa Vista #2 is breathtaking. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living on our second floor where our living room is connected to a veranda through double french doors with a 90 degree view of the Caribbean sea. Even our first floor patios on both sides of our home have fantastic views but I guess you will use the rooftop deck and living room/veranda more.

Work at your dedicated desk or on the veranda with free high speed internet. Like I said .... a little bit of Paradise! However Paradise does have a cost! Not everyone can handle the steps to our villa so please keep this in mind when considering Costa Vista #2. Free parking is available directly in front of the villa and a remote control is provided to open the entrance gate.

Hello, My name is Neil and my lovely wife is Sonya. We were both born in Guyana which is closely tied to the British Caribbean in culture and economic activities. Today we live in Sterling, Virginia but have not forgotten our Caribbean roots. Enjoying our friends in Barbados, golf and a bit of peace and quiet with a cold beer and a good book is truly a gift from GOD. Oh yeah ... How can I forget the fantastic Caribbean cuisine and ... did I mention the Rum!

Although I am in the US and the property is in Barbados, I am available via phone and email. We also have a property manager in Barbados that will assist you with any issues.

Our villa is in a small secured gated community that is very quiet. Sit back relax and enjoy! However Paradise does have a cost! Not everyone can handle the steps to our villa so please keep this in mind when considering Costa Vista #2. You can make a 5 minute walk to the main road to catch pubic transportation including buses, mini-buses and taxis. You can call for a taxi and it will come directly to the villa.

Personally, we often rent a car when we are on the island or we use our dedicated taxi service "William" who will take you wherever you need to go and wait for you to complete your task. Jordan's supermarket is a 5 minute walk from the villa and so is the nearest beach. We prefer to jump in a taxi and head to Holetown for dinner which is a 5 minute taxi ride away. A number of bars and restaurants of course line the beach.
